Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
In the Autumn term, we worked with St. James CE Primary School to raise money to buy water pumps in Bangladesh.
I am pleased to report that the water pumps have now been installed and the villagers are drinking fresh water. See for yourself the joy you have brought to the children in the photograph.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
Mrs Withey
Euro 2016 is here and to mark this occasion, we are learning all about the continent of Europe.
This week, we have all been learning capital cities in preparation for the Capital City quiz which took place today. Mrs Banks, along with her team of staff and pupils, beat the European Unicorns (led by Mr. Asghar) and Withey's Winners.
An immense amount of fun was had by all and so much learning has taken place in such a short period of time.
More information about our European studies can be found in the class pages.
This week's value is 'To be kind'. Other than giving in charity, can you think of simple, everyday ways of being kind? Mr. Asghar's Ramadhan kindness calendar may help you!
Well done to Year 4 who have smashed this term's attendance chart. They will now enjoy a pizza party as a reward for their fantastic attendance in Spring!
Keep looking out for the weekly attendance winners to see which class is in with a chance of winning the Summer prize. Remember, you have to attend school daily for your class to be in with a chance of winning!
Well done to the Jaguars for winning the most pride points in the Spring term. They will be celebrating with a party during the afternoon of Friday 29th April. The Jaguars can come into school in their party clothes for the day as a special treat.
