- Explain what confidence and self-esteem are
- Identify ways in which confidence and self esteem could be damaged.
- Identify ways of building confidence and self-esteem.
- Produce a basic plan with 3 steps to improve confidence and self-esteem.
- Take part in a confidence building activity.
